The location is a huge plus. just 5 minutes to the station! 👍 Comfy beds and decent rooms. But noisy maintenance late at night was a bummer.

The rooms are clean and quiet with a good size (not too cramped, which is a relief! ). Super helpful staff made everything easy, and the location is absolutely amazing—just a short walk to the station (ideal for catching trains).

the room was ruefully tiny, and i can’t even describe those sad, outdated furnishings. expecting to receive an upgrade as a guest on a special trip was of course, a wishful dream. and the incessant maintenance noise till 11pm? what a treat! i almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn’t allow myself, truly shocking hospitality at best.

We loved how close this place is to Hakata Station—just a quick 2-minute walk! The convenience made exploring with 20 family members a breeze. Plus, having a Lawson convenience store right next door was super handy for snacks and drinks.
